Catalyst: London's Science & Industry Council was launched in 2005 to build collaborative partnerships between businesses and London's knowledge base and promote London's strengths in science, technology and design to national and international audiences.
Between 2005 and 2008 Catalyst advised the LDA on its long term economic development interventions in this area.
